How ordering and delivery works for Brite Bird dealers.

01 Shipping & delivery

Standard ground 2-5 business days
Expedited 1-2 business days (extra charge)
Order cutoff Orders placed by 2pm MST ship same day
Carriers UPS, FedEx Ground
Ships from Phoenix, AZ

02 Shipping rates

Standard shipping Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
Track (bulk) Large orders may ship via freight carrier
Alaska & Hawaii Additional surcharge applies

03 Order tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Track your package directly through UPS or FedEx.

If you don't receive a confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, contact us.

04 Returns & exchanges

  • Defective products
    Contact us within 30 days. We'll ship a replacement at no cost and provide a prepaid return label.
  • Wrong item received
    Contact us immediately. We'll send the correct item and a prepaid return label for the wrong item.
  • Unused track returns
    Unopened, unused track can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. 15% restocking fee applies.
  • Custom color track
    Custom color orders are final sale. Double-check your color selections before ordering.

05 Receiving your order

  • Inspect on arrival
    Check all boxes for damage before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt.
  • Verify quantities
    Count all items against your packing slip. Report discrepancies within 48 hours.
  • Track color matching
    Verify track colors match your order. Color variations between batches are rare but possible.
  • Storage
    Store track and LEDs indoors in a dry environment until installation day.
